5. Payments & Payouts

All transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. Vendor payouts and affiliate commissions are handled per the schedules and thresholds displayed in your account dashboard. We are not liable for delays caused by payment processors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nelcbyte Markets is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions regarding payments, liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.
